 Webb House
 Webb House from below

For residents over 55 with learning and physical disabilities. The largest house with 22 places, it has a very welcoming and warm feel created by the friendly staff team and the lively activities of the resident group.

Situated on two levels, with a lift and full disabled access, the building is spacious. The large bright dining room, with its brand new purpose-built kitchen, overlooks the panoramic view of the coast and Newhaven town with an adjacent sun patio stretching the length of the building. A second, more homely lounge area looks out onto a patio and open gardens.

Individual rooms are decorated to personal taste by our own maintenance team and individual adaptations can be fitted where necessary. Webb House has plentiful amenities and can cater for a variety of needs. A second kitchen gives the residents opportunities to get involved in cooking, with staff assistance where required.

The staff team are experienced in caring for adults with varying degrees and abilities. Structured care planning and key-working ensures that everyone’s personal needs are met. Health, living arrangements and also social, emotional and life goals are all supported by individual key-workers.
