


For the 18- 65 age group with learning and physical disabilities. It has 16 rooms and is set in a spacious building on two levels with a lift access and full disabled access.
The large dining room is the hub of the house, with opportunities for social and recreational activities. There is a conservatory for the morning sun and an outdoor sun patio leading off across the length of the building with a panoramic view of the coast, town and cross channel ferries as they come and go.
Individual rooms, decorated to personal taste and with potential for adaptations where necessary, are situated on both levels, three featured in a small newly built annex. A new kitchen is currently being planned and opportunities for residents to get involved with cooking.
With a range of amenities and specialist equipment any nature of disability can be catered for. All residents have a detailed and comprehensive care plan to meet their needs and an individual key-worker who supports them to develop their interests and make the most of opportunities for employment, education and leisure.
