Searchlight is situated amongst the residential area of Mount Pleasant on the hill, east of the river Ouse, with magnificent views of the fishing and ferry port of Newhaven. Behind us are the beautiful South Downs which stretch from Hampshire to Beachy Head, a few miles further down the coast beyond the famous Seven Sisters chalk cliffs.
We are perfectly sited between Brighton and Eastbourne, with the county town of Lewes only a short distance north.

By car: find the roundabout on the A259 coast road on the Seaford side of Newhaven, two hundred yards east of the Sainsbury superstore. Take the exit north Avis Road and turn immediately right into Mount Road, turning immediately left into Station Road and up the hill until you see Claremont Road on your right. Our buildings take up both sides of the road here.
